So my first Blog is in red, to show the rebelliousness I had to writing a blog. Not so much for not wanting to tell my stories, but more of a "Do I Have To"
So today is more of an introduction to myself, and myself to you. In future days, weeks and months, I am hoping to cover a plethora of subject matter, as I don't really get offended by anything, then anything is on the cards. This may range from puppies to purgatory, skate parks to Grand Prix or maybe something as fun as politics or religion. No boundaries what so ever. I have just got back from a road trip, and silly me forgot how cold it gets in the southern states of Australia at this time of year. It's the first time I have had the heater on in my car since I bought it. I went to visit an amazing man by the name of Phil Brock. This man is one of, if not the greatest stunt car driver in Australian Film history. He gets overlooked for his own achievements, due to his brother Peter Brock being an icon in the Australian Racing Industry for many years. After spending four days with Phil, it is not fall in love with the guy as he is like a teenager stuck in a 65 year old's body. He still has this open outlook on his life, that there is so much more to achieve. We can never gain too much experience is a philosophy he leads his life by and loves to pass his knowledge on. He will be appearing in Coffs Harbour at the Brocktoberfest. I will be emceeing the show, and I'm sure Phil will have some Awesome stories to tell. I'll be writing more about this in future blogs, but for today, if you are reading this line then thank you very much.

He has good philosophy. I've always thought living life on the edge of your comfort zone is the fountain of youth. You know when a kid sees something for the first time and they are in awe of whatever the spectacle. In awe because they have no previous experience to reference what they are seeing, so no pre programmed emotion springs to mind they are just like wow WTF. So i reckon seeking those new experiences are to view the world with childlike awe, and therefore a kind of fountain of youth. Makes sense he seems like a teenager in a 65 year olds body i guess.

You are right on the money Paul, we could all take a leaf out of his book to treat everyday as a new experience to look forward to. There are too many people in this world who get complacent with their lives and settle for the mundane.
